This stepped baseboard 4" - 80 measures 4.000" width by .625" thickness, requiring a 4-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The attractive tiered profile contains a two-inch-wide flat area with a 1/8" rolled edge on the top left center. The flat line connects to a one-inch section with the exact 1/8" downward change in elevation using a 1/8" radius arc in transition. Joined to an additional one-inch portion with a 1/8" eased edge leaving a 3/8" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
