This
single bead baseboard 4" - 64 measures 4.000" wide by .531" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The lovely profile composes a 1-55/64" broad flat line on the top left, connected to a 7/8" wide v-shaped channel with a recessed (.025") 3/8" wide half circle in the center, attached to 1-17/64" broad line with a 9/16" radius edge on the right side of the design. We offer a beautiful matching
plinth block 6.000" - 3 for your review and consideration.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these tilling operations.
