This
fashionable baseboard 4" - 105 measures 4.000" wide by .625" thickness, permitting the design to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The elegant profile is composed of a 1-11/16" broad flat line segment with a 3/16" deep beveled edge on the top left, attached to a free-flowing two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 5/64" rounded step in the center, joined to a 13/32" semicircular arc on the right side of the pattern. The acrylic template design for making the knives is eight inches long, enabling width changes up to 8-3/8" wide.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
