This
fancy baseboard 3-1/2" - 36 measures 3.500" width by .750" thickness enabling the use of four quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The custom profile contains a 1-13/16" full-line segment on the upper left. The flat line joins a 13/64" cove merged with a downsloping two tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. The swoop attaches to a 1/4" broad fillet with an angled edge that transitions into an 11/64" rolled corner on the right side of the design.
Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
