small attractive baseboard 3" - 12 measures 3.000" wide by .625" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The good-looking profile composes a two-inch wide line segment with a 1/16" eased inside edge, attached to an 11/64" wide line with a 1/16" drop in elevation that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/8" rounded edge on the right side of the pattern.
This professionally drafted cad dxf file contains two high precision template designs to create cutters for this detail, one for milling the entire width, and the other for milling just the profile portion of the design, enabling width size changes.
