small baseboard 2-3/8" - 2 measures 2.375" wide by .562" thickness, permitting the detail to be cut from four-quarter lumber. The embellishing profile is composed of a 7/64" wide flat line tangent to a 3/8" radius arc and a 1/4" cove with a 1/16" vertical step on the left, connected to a 1-11/16" broad line segment in the middle with another 1/16" drop in elevation, joined to a 3/32" wide line tangent to a 9/32" quarter round bead on the right side.
Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
