The tiered profile is comprised of a 1/16" wide flat fillet positioned at just under 9/16" thickness, attached to a 15/64" radius thumbnail-shaped bead, connected to two-stepped fillets with 1/16" radius edges, leaving a 15/64" thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern.
