This unique base cap 3" - 6 measures 3.000" wide by .625" thickness, permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-grade molder. The custom profile will complement a piece of 3/4" thickness surfaced four sides (S4S) lumber with a 1/8" rounded edge. The pattern contains a 3/16" flat line segment on the top left, joined to a two tangent radius elliptical-shaped concave semicircular arc in the center. This area merges with a small half circle with a 13/64" broad fillet and a 23/64" cove, leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
