rabbeted base cap 2-11/16" measures 2.687" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the detail to get milled out of four-quarter lumber. The embellishing profile is composed of a 3/8" convex semicircular arc on the top left, joined to a 1/16" radius edge and a 17.471 down-sloping angled line in the center, merged with a two tangent radius thumbnail shaped arc. An 11/64" broad line segment joins an 11/32" cove with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design. The rabbet dimension for the baseboard is 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall.
