This base cap 2-5/8" - 2 measures 2.625" wide by .812" thickness. The profile consists of a 23/32" broad horizontal line with 3/32" radius edges, joined to a 3/64" wide fillet and a small 1/8" cove that angles down to a thickness of just under 3/8" with a 1/8" radius edge. The rabbet on the backside measures 3/8" wide by 3/8" tall, this is adjustable to any desired height with a simple axial movement of the left cutter head.
