designer base cap 2-3/8" - 6 measures 2.375" wide by .687" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled on an industrial molder from four-quarter lumber. The beautiful profile is composed of a 3/16" broad line segment at a 13/32" thickness dimension on the left, this creates a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber, connected to a lovely two tangent radius cyma reversa that joins to a 5/16" wide half circle, attached to a 7/64" wide fillet with a 1/4" cove, leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. We offer a similar profile in the same width but with different inner sizes for your review and consideration,
