Base Cap 2-3/8" - 1

This bold baseboard cap 2-3/8" - 1 measure 2.375" wide by 1.125" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial-style molder. The custom profile is composed of a 1/4" broad line segment at an 11/16" thickness dimension on the left, this creates a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber illustrated in the image above, connected to a 31/32" wide half circle flanked by a 15/64" wide fillet in the center, attached to a 35/64" cove that transitions into a 25/64" wide half round bead on the right side of the design.
