This attractive base cap 2-3/16" - 3 measures 2.187" wide by .750" thickness, allowing machining from four-quarter lumber. The unique profile composes a 1/8" broad line segment at a 9/16" thickness dimension on the left, this creates a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber. The fillet connects to a 47/64" wide by 3/16" tall raised fillet joined to a bidirectional cong'e consisting of a 7/16" cove and a 9/64" radius arc in the center. Attached to a 9/64" broad line segment, leaving a 9/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the pattern.
