This decorative base cap 2" - 9 measures 2.000" width by 1.187" thickness, requiring the use of six-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The beautiful applied profile contains a 3/16" horizontal fillet at a 7/8" thickness dimension on the top left. The flat connects to a 19/64" convex arc tangent to a downward sloping line merged with a one-inch radius concave semicircle, leaving a 7/32" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
