This decorative base cap 2" - 23 measures 2.000" wide by 1.000" thickness, necessitating the use of five-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The attractive profile comprises a 1/8" broad flat line at an 11/16" thickness dimension on the left, this area creates a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber, attached to a 5/8" wide half-circle with another 1/8" wide fillet joined to a 5/8" cove in the center, merged to a 5/16" wide half round bead and a 3/16" broad line segment leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
