This custom base cap 2" - 19 measures 2.000" wide by .843" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The attractive profile comprises a 1/8" broad flat line at a 17/32" thickness dimension on the left, this area creates a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber, merged to a 13/16" half-circle with another 1/8" wide fillet in the center, joined to a 23/32" cove with a 23/64" wide half round bead on the right side of the design.
