Base Cap 1-11/16" - 3

This lovely base cap 1-11/16" - 3 measures 1.687" wide by .687" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The interactive profile is comprised of a 13/32" quarter circle on the left, attached to an elevation changing 19.539 degrees beveled line on top, connected to a 1/4" wide half circle and a small horizontal fillet with a 17/64" cove on the right side of the design. The side rabbet measures 3/8" wide by 11/32" tall but can be adjusted to your specific requirements by a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
