This interactive base cap 1-11/16" - 1 measures 1.687" wide by .750" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The embellished profile is composed of a 9/64" broad flat line at a 1/2" thickness dimension on the left, this creates a quirk when applied to a piece of surfaced four sides (S4S) lumber, joined to a 37/64" wide half circle and a 3/32" broad line segment that merges with a 3/16" radius scotia in the center, attached to a 15/64" wide by 1/16" tall raised fillet with a 9/32" quarter round arc on the right side of the design.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
