This
beautiful base cap 1-7/16" - 6 measures 1.437" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The custom profile composes a 3/16" wide line segment at a 9/16" thickness dimension on the top left creating a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber. Connected to a 7/16" wide half round bead and another small fillet merged with a two tangent radius cove in the center. Joined to a tiny 13/64" wide half bead with a 3/32" wide fillet leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
