This Base Cap 1-7/16" - 1 measures 1.437" wide by .750" thickness. The profile comprises a half-round bead flanked by a fillet on each side with an attached scotia in the middle and a 5/16" quarter-round bead positioned on the thin side of the profile. Caution: the moulding knives will come within .020" from the bedplates while milling this pattern. May we suggest a sacrificial bedplate under the top cutter head on the machine to eliminate any damage to the machinery?
