Base Cap 1-3/8" - 10

This custom base cap 1-3/8" - 10 measures 1.375" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The graceful design is composed of a 1/8" broad flat line segment at a 1/2" thickness dimension on the left side of the profile, this will create a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber, connected to a deep down-sloping two tangent radius cyma reversa that transitions into a 1/4" wide bead, joined to a tiny beveled line with a 7/64" eased edge on the right side of the pattern.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
