This attractive base cap 1-5/16" - 3 measures 1.312" wide by .750" thickness. The detail will require four-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The fancy custom profile is composed of a 3/8" and 15/16" tangent radius semicircles that create a thumbnail shaped arc in the center, connected to a 9/64" broad line segment at a 1/2" thickness dimension on the left (this will form a quirk when applied to a piece of surfaced four sides (S4S) lumber, the opposite side consists of a 1/16" broad line with two tangent 3/32" arcs creating a small ogee, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
