WM 164 Base Cap 1-1/8"

This traditional WM 164 base cap comprises a 5/64" wide horizontal fillet creating a quirk when applied to a piece of S4S (surfaced four sides) lumber. It attaches to a deep downsloping s-shaped curvature in the center, joined to a 9/32" splay face chamfer on the design's right edge. This standard base cap 1-1/8" measures 1.125" in width by .687" in thickness. We suggest using 1-3/8" wide fall-off rip blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on industrial equipment. We have a smaller version of this same profile for your review and consideration, plant on 1.093" - 1, both these patterns are also utilized as an applied moulding.
