Base Cap 1-1/16" - 1

This standard 1-1/16" - 1 base cap measures 1.062" wide by .625" thickness. The profile comprises a 1/16" broad horizontal line at a 1/2" thickness, connected to a deep down sloping cyma reversa with a beveled edge leaving just over a 1/8" thickness dimension on the thin side of the design. The colonial pattern is applied to the edge of a piece of S4S lumber (surfaced four sides) to embellish the overall look of the baseboard at a much lower cost than milling a custom-width pattern.
