Bar Rail 6-21/32"

This 6-21/32" bar rail has two sets of measurements and one set of dimensions, and the for installation, the rabbets on the underneath side are milled for the countertop and sub-top. The milling dimensions are 6-3/4" wide by 1-19/32" thick. It will require eight-quarters lumber to mill this product with four profile milling stations on an industrial moulder, right, left, top, and bottom cutterheads to successfully produce this design. Our downloadable dxf file contains all four templates needed. The high points are positioned on the same plane even for hold-down (pressure shoe element) purposes. Although the profile is complex and looks challenging to manufacture, our experience in moulding design will make this profile no harder to manufacture than simple door casing.
