Bar Rail 5-5/16"

This stylish 4-15/32" bar rail measures wide by 1.125" thickness when milled sprung (lying horizontally flat). The profile comprises a series of five tangent radius arcs and semicircular coves to create this lovely design. The backside is rabbeted for the countertop with dimensions in the above image. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane; this specialized design feature will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling this detail, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machines bed plates.
