Bar Rail 5-1/8" - 1

This beautiful 5-1/8" - 1 bar rail is manufactured "sprung" laying flat on moulder bedplates to minimize lumber cost like a crown moulding is milled. The detail measures 5-11/32" wide by 1-1/2" thickness, and it will utilize four machining stations to produce this profile, right, left, top and bottom. When installed the height becomes roughly 2-13/16" and the width becomes 5-1/8". The pattern is notched on the back side for the sub and the countertop. This Cad-generated dxf file contains four professionally designed profile template drawings with much information to create cutters for this beautiful bar rail detail.
