This stylish bar rail 5-1/8" in the above image shows the installed measurements. The milling dimensions are 5.500" wide by 1.750" thickness enabling this detail to be milled from eight-quarter lumber. The profile comprises a series of cascading tangent radius arcs and coves, creating a comfortable resting area for people's arms with a decorative bullnose in the lower portion of the design. This Cad-generated dxf file contains four professionally designed profile template drawings with much information to create cutters for this beautiful bar rail detail. We always provide good blend areas in the knives, so no one will ever realize where one moulding cutter begins or ends.
