Bar Rail 4"

This beautiful 4" custom bar rail comprises a 1-1/2" bullnose edge tangent to two flat straight lines that transition to a 5/8" and 1-3/16" radius at the top and a rabbeted plow at the bottom. There are two rabbets on the back side for the sub-top and countertop; the side one measures 5/16" wide by 3/4" tall, and the bottom rabbet dimension is 1-1/2" wide by 11/16" tall. The profile measures 4.000" in width by 1.750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using eight-quarter lumber is 4-1/4" wide.
