This modest 3-1/2" flat bar rail is made up of a 1/4" broad horizontal line connected to a series of four tangent wavy semicircles, joined to a 3/16" quarter round edge on the right side of the design. The profile measures 3.500" wide by 1.250" thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using six-quarter lumber is 3-3/4" wide.
