Backout/Relief Cut 8-5/8" - 11

This 8-5/8" - 11 backout measures 8.625" in width. The asymmetrical design comprises a 6" wide by 1/8" deep plow flanked by forty-five-degree angles, a 1" broad straight line on the left side, and a 1-5/8" wide fillet on the right side. This is so that when the nailing gun is placed horizontally on the floor while securing the baseboard to the wall, it will shoot a nail into the solid part of the wood, decreasing the possibility of any splitting of the profile while installing. The maximum width these knives can mill is 9-3/8" wide, with the cutterhead positioned at .000" axially.
