Backout/Relief Cut 8" - 1

This 8" - 1 flooring backout measures 8.000" in width. The custom design comprises four 37/64" wide by 3/32" deep, trapezoid-shaped plows flanked by 1-7/16" wide straight fillets in the center, with a 7/32" wide line segment on each side edge of the pattern. The maximum width these knives can mill is 8-3/4" wide when the bottom cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially. This relief cut profile is utilized on many of our tongue & grooveflooring patternsdoor jambs, and some of our larger width crown profiles.
