Backout/Relief Cut 7-7/16"

This 7-7/16" fluted backout measures 7.437" in width. The semicircular design comprises six 5/16" wide by 1/8" deep half-round circles, divided by 5/8" wide fillets in the center and 1-7/32" wide straight lines on each side edge of the pattern. This backout/relief cut could mill the maximum width of 8-3/16" wide when the cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially. This detail can be utilized on many of our Tongue & Groove flooring, Shiplap siding, and larger sized Door jamb mouldings.

Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail. It will also prolong the milling time between sharpening.
