Backout/Relief Cut 6" - 1
This 6" - 1 backout measure is 6.000" in width. The offset profile comprises a 4" wide by 1/16" deep plow with forty-five-degree chamfers that transition into a 3/4" broad horizontal line on the inside edge and a 1-1/4" wide section on the outside edge of the detail. This area of the profile is the bottom side of the baseboard. It will provide ample space for securing the pattern during installation while reducing splitting that may occur from nailing the baseboard thru the void area on the back side of the design. This backout's maximum width is 6-3/4" wide when the cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially.
