This backout 4-1/2" - 7 measures 4.500" wide. The profile is utilized on many of our medium-sized
baseboards.
The offset profile comprises a 1-7/8" wide, by 1/16" deep plow with forty-five-degree chamfers, they transition into a 7/8" wide horizontal fillet on the inside of the pattern with a 1-3/4" wide fillet on the opposite side. This area of the pattern is generally the bottom side of the baseboard. It provides enough space for securing the pattern during installation while reducing splitting that may occur from nailing the base thru the void area on the backside. This backout's maximum width is 5-1/4" in width when the cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially.
