Backout/Relief Cut 3-1/2" - 6

The offset profile is comprised of a 1-5/8" wide, by 1/16" deep plow with forty-five-degree chamfers, they transition into a 3/4" wide horizontal fillet on the inside edge of the pattern, and a 1-1/8" wide fillet on the outside edge. This area of the pattern is generally the bottom side of the baseboard; it will provide enough space for nailing the pattern during installation while reducing splitting that may occur from nailing the baseboard thru the void area on the backside of the pattern. This backout's maximum width is 4-1/4" wide when the horizontal cutterhead is positioned at .000" axially.
