Backband 7/8" - 4

This creative backband 7/8" - 4 measures .875" in width by 1.312" in thickness, requiring 1-9/16" wide blanks of four or five-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The beautiful pattern retains a 25/64" broad flat line segment with a 3/64" eased outer and steep inner slope in the center. The remaining portion contains a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature with an additional 3/64" rolled edge. The rabbet dimension for the door casing is 13/16" tall by 1/4" wide.
