Backband 3/4" - 9

This elegant backband 3/4" - 9 measures .750" wide by 1.375" tall. The custom profile is comprised of a 7/16" wide by 5/64" tall raised fillet with a 5/64" eased outer edge, connected to a two tangent radius ogee on the thin side of the upper portion of the design. The rabbet dimensions are 15/16" tall by 1/4" wide. The bottom is beveled by fifteen degrees with a 1/16" flat section for easy scribing during the installation process.

This cad-generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this embellishing backband pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken CNC (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.
