Wall/Partition Cap 4" - 2

This wall/partition cap 4" - 2 measures 4" width by .812" thickness, permitting the use of a 4-1/4" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The symmetrical profile contains a 2-9/16" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet in the center. Each side of the vertical step connects to a two tangent radius ogee derived from 3/8" semicircular arcs, with a 3/64" eased edge on each top corner of the pattern. The bottom side consists of a 1/2" wide by 3/16" deep rabbet leaving a 9/64" thickness dimension on each side edge of the design.
