Backband 2"
This 2" beveled edge backband measures 2.000" width by 1.250" thickness, permitting the use of a 2-1/4" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The simplistic profile contains a 1-27/64" broad line segment with a 5/32" rounded corner on the top left. The flat line connects to a thirty-five-degree chamfered edge, leaving a 3/32" thickness dimension above the 1/2" wide by 3/4" tall rabbet for the door casing.
