Backband 1-15/16"

This stylish backband 1-15/16" measures 1.937" width by 1.750" thickness, permitting the use of a 2-3/16" wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial molder. The sumptuous profile contains a 1/2" wide by 1/8" tall raised fillet with a 1/8" rolled outer edge on the top left. The vertical line connects to a 1/8" sunk fillet joined to a graceful downsloping two tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center. The wavy lines attach to a 3/32" elevation drop with a 3/16" quarter round Above the 1/2" wide by 1" tall rabbet for the door casing.
