Backband 1-1/2" - 8

This lovely backband 1-1/2" - 8 measures 1.500" in width by .875" in thickness; it requires 1-3/4" wide blanks of five-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial machine. The unique detail comprises a raised fillet of 1/2" wide by 1/16" tall with a 3/64" eased corner on the top left. It connects to a shallow two tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center with a 25/64" wide by 1/8" tall raised section above the 3/16" wide by 5/8" tall rabbet for the casing.
