This embellishing backband 1-1/2" measures 1.500" wide by 1.250" tall, requiring six-quarter lumber for milling. The attractive profile is composed of a 3/4" wide horizontal line segment with a 1/8" eased outer edge on top, connected to a 5/64" wide beveled line that transitions into a two tangent radius ogee with a 3/64" rounded edge, leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the right edge, above the 3/4" tall by 3/16" wide rabbet for the casing molding.
