Backband 1-3/8" - 3

This beautiful backband 1-3/8" - 3 measures 1.125" wide by 1.375" tall; it is machined lying horizontally flat 1-3/8" wide by 1-1/8" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined out of five quarter lumber. The visually attractive profile is composed of a 5/8" wide bullnose on the top left, joined to a 1/8" wide fillet in the center, connected to a 3/8" cove leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension above the 3/8" wide by 9/16" tall rabbet for the door casing. The bottom of the design consists of a 1/8" wide flat line joined to a four-degree beveled angle, this is to make the scribing process during installation simple and fast.
