This backband 1-5/16" - 1 measures 1.312" wide by 1.250" thickness; the profile begins with a 5/16" wide radius edge stepped fillet that transitions into a two tangent radius, creating a shallow cyma reversa with an eased edge, the backside rabbet measures 1/2" wide by 11/16" tall. The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
