Backband 1-1/4" - 21

This distinguished backband 1-1/4" - 21 measures 1.250" wide by 1.687" tall, allowing the pattern to be machined out of six-quarter lumber. The prominent profile is composed of a 1/2" wide by 1/4" tall raised fillet with 1/16" rounded edges on the top left, attached to a 7/32" wide by 3/32" deep perpendicular step with a 3/64" radius edge in the center, joined to a unique two tangent ogee with a 3/64" eased edge. The bottom of the detail retains a 1/16" wide horizontal line on the left that will help in the milling process, connected to a twelve-degree angled line for scribing, which will aid in installation; the rabbet dimension is 3/4" wide by 3/4" tall.
