Backband 1-1/4" - 20

This beautiful backband 1-1/4" - 20 measures 1.250" wide by 1.250" thickness, necessitating the use of six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The stylish profile is composed of a 3/4" wide by 7/64" tall raised fillet with a 1/16" rounded outer edge on the top left, connected to a 9/32" radius arc tangent to a 5/16" concave semicircle creating the ogee with a 3/64" eased edge. The rabbet for the casing measures 1/8" wide by 11/16" tall, the height can be adjusted axially to any desired size.
