The custom profile is composed of a 17/32" wide line segment with a 1/16" eased edge on top, connected to a slightly tapered congee made from a 5/32" cove with a 3/32" vertical step, attached to a small ovolo derived from an 11/64" quarter round arc, the rabbet dimension for the casing is 3/8" wide by 11/16" tall, the height is adjustable with a simple axial movement of the left cutter head on the machinery.
