Backband 1-1/4" - 14

This creative backband 1-1/4" - 14 measures 1.250" wide by 1.750" tall, permitting the pattern to be machined out of six-quarter lumber. The innovative profile is composed of a 5/8" wide by 1/4" tall raised fillet with 1/8" rounded edges on the top left, connected to a 7/32" wide line segment with a 3/64" rolled edge in the center, joined to a 7/16" cove with a 3/64" eased edge leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the right side edge. The bottom of the detail retains a 3/32" wide horizontal line on the left that will help in the milling process, connected to a five-degree angled line for scribing that will aid in installation, the rabbet dimension is 1/2" wide by 7/8" tall.
