Backband 1-1/4" - 1

This beautiful backband 1-1/4" - 1 measure 1.250" wide by 1.500" tall, necessitating six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The enhancing profile is composed of a 3/8" radius arc tangent off of a 19/32" concave semicircle which completes the cyma reversa on top, the rabbet for capping the casing outer edge measures 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall, the bottom has a 1/8" wide horizontal line attached to a four degree angled that will aid while scribing the pattern to the wall when installed.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this creative backband pattern. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken CNC (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process. We always provide good blend areas in the knives, so no one will ever realize where one moulding cutter begins or ends.
